For 90 minutes, young people will take over the Council Chamber of the City of Bonn.

Where adults debate future decisions for the city of Bonn on a daily basis, we, the teen members of the WESTWIND 2023 Expert Council, will take the floor to express our ideas and visions of participation and involvement.

We have compiled and debated our questions and concerns in advance and now invite you to a discussion. Replete with those predetermined rules that are oh-so-familiar to us and a balancing act between serious discussion and pseudo-participation, we would like to meet with adult theatre-makers, decision-makers and politicians to have our say.

Let us surprise you. Let us speak for ourselves. And use your voice to give us a voice.
