And then there’s ...

HOW STRESS CAN BE LESS STRESSFUL – ALMOST WITHOUT TOXIC ADVICE
Lucia Zamolo, adapted for the stage by Lisa Pauline
Theater Münster, Junges Theater

Feeling stressed? Does it all just feel like too much sometimes? Stress isn’t just unfair, it’s also – surprise! – unhealthy, so DON’T STRESS!!! Much easier said than done, and that’s what this play is all about, inspired by Lucia Zamolo’s creative survival guide. And then there’s... a young heroine, caught up in the chaos of everyday life – between to-do lists, important decisions and annoying messages. Or even: in the middle of a battle with a woolly rhinoceros. It’s time to either run away or raise your fists. Together, we’ll explore the causes of stress and face it with courage and a wink. And with the right soundtrack, stress can even be fun. But above all, let’s take a deep breath together. In. And out.

Junges Theater Münster considers itself a place for questioning, exploring and shaping identities. It tells stories that enable us to broaden our horizons and the scope of our actions. With school and family performances, workshops and participatory projects, the theatre encourages young people to think about utopias and embrace ambiguity.
