Told a thousand times, but never quite like subbotnik at the Theater an der Ruhr! With playful enthusiasm, humor, and curiosity, the group immerses itself in the multifaceted universe of "One Thousand and One Nights." "Tell me who you are, what you've experienced, tell me your story!" But Bo is new in town and doesn't know the stories told here. He doesn't know who brought the last genie ashore and freed him from the bottle. He's also never heard the incredible tale of the hunchbacked minstrel or the story of his neighbor, the cook, who survived a shipwreck and almost became the richest prince of all time. Mira, the tailor's daughter, knows all these stories. The two meet one night on the roof and together embark on an unforgettable adventure, because as long as the stories are told, time stands still and evil is kept at bay...
